Singapore's Ministry of Manpower — MOM — runs four work pass routes, and they are gated on completely different things.

On the Work Holiday Pass there is no scheme and no sponsor. No employer has to do anything.

Studying at a US university qualifies you for it. It happens to be the simplest path too!

You file it yourself, online, before you even have a job offer. It runs six months.
