  1. A UK company offers you a placement.
  2. They can't sponsor you. No employer can, on this route.
  3. They register with a licensed scheme instead.
  4. The scheme sponsors you. Then you file one application.

This plan assumes BUNAC, one of the largest — which is why some steps say “BUNAC's requirement”.
